3CX freut sich das beliebte 3CX Hotel Modul für das 3CX Phone System V11 bekannt zu geben. Das 3CX Hotel Modul erweitert das 3CX Phone System V11 um Funktionalitäten die verstärkt von Hotels im täglichen Umgang mit Ihren Gästen genutzt werden und zu einem besseren Kundenservice beitragen. Neu in dieser Version des 3CX Hotel Moduls ist die Berechtigung von Personal (Nebenstellen) die Gästeverwaltung des 3CX Hotel Moduls zu öffnen, ohne Konfigurationsoptionen an dem System vornehmen zu können (PMS Anbindung, Lizenzschlüssel, Minibar). Zudem kann das 3CX Hotel Modul an schon bestehende PMS Systeme via Mitel SX2000 oder Micros Fidelio Protokoll angebunden werden. Das 3CX Hotel Modul erweitert das 3CX Phone System V11 um

- New: Ability to grant access to the 3CX Hotel Module Management Console to other users by enabling the option in the 3CX Management Console > Edit Extensions > Other tab > Allow 3CX Hotel Module Access.
