Wir haben ein großartiges neues Feature entworfen. Die Verteilung des 3CX Assistant und des 3CxPhones wird nun Nebenstellen bezogen installiert und konfiguriert durch die Willkommens E-Mail bei Erstellung einer Nebenstelle. Damit wird der 3CX Assistant ein vollwertiger Bestandteil des 3CX Phone Systems und ermöglicht eine administrationsfreie Installation der Klientensoftware auf den Arbeitsplätzen der User. Durch anklicken des Links in der Willkommens Mails wird der 3CX Assistant mit seiner Konfiguration passend für den User (Nebenstelle) erstellt und als Download angeboten. Alle Konfigurationsdaten werden automatisch in den 3CX Assistant eingetragen und kann direkt durch den User benutzt werden.
Sollte eine neuere 3CX Assistant Version zum Download bereit stehen, kann diese durch das 3CX Phone System heruntergeladen werden und wird dann automatisch zur User-Installation verwendet. Bestehende Installationen werden automatisch vom 3CX Phone System auf die aktuellste Version geupdatet, dieses bedarf keine Neuinstallation der Software. Eine Liste aller Funktionen finden Sie hier.
