3CX Faxserver empfängt nicht ganzes Fax

Hallo,

ein neues Faxproblem mal wieder.
Kurz zum Aufbau:

Wir wollen mit der 3CX Faxe empfangen und diese an Emails der Nebenstellen weiterleiten.

PSTN Patton 4638 3CX Vers. 6 3CX Faxserver Email

Dies hat eine Weile lang wunderbar funktioniert und alle Faxe sind korrekt als angehängtes PDF angekommen.

Seit neuesten kommen aber nur noch 3-4 KB der Seiten an. Sprich wenn ich das PDF öffne, erscheint meist immer nur ein Schnipsel der gesamten Seite. Bei einem mehrseitigen Fax kommt von jeder Seite ein Schnipsel an.

Verändert wurde an den Einstellungen nix deshalb weiss ich auch nicht woran das liegen könnte.

3CX ist die Version 6. r664
Bei den DID für die Faxe ist "Alle Anrufe" weiterleiten auf die enstprechenden Nebenstellen eingestellt. Dort sind die Emailadressen hinterlegt.

ja sowas in der Art hatte ich auch
allerdings erst einmal
habe bis dato ca >250 Faxe empfangen
allerdings erst ein einziges bei welchem nur die Kopfzeile zu lesen war.
Sprich: das Fax bestand nur aus einem schmalen streifen der vielleicht 5cm hoch war.

Da dies allerdings nicht mehr aufgetreten ist, ist es schwer rauszufinden woran es liegt.
(ich gebe zu ich habe mir kein Kopfzerbrechen darum gemacht)

ist der "Fehler" bei dir reproduzierbar?
wäre dann interessant was der Medienserverlog sagt dazu.

Ich hatte leider kaum Zeit heute den Fehler zu reproduzieren. Dieses mal ging leider gar nix. Es kam immer ein Fehler auf Sender Seite.

Habe mal deinen Auszug überflogen

Was mir aufgefallen ist

scheint so als erkennt der 3CX das Fax nicht wirklich als solches.
allerdings ist es dann komisch natürlich das er ein wenig empfängt

bei mir siht es anders aus
aber wie gesagt das kann ja daran liegen das dein Gateway einfach anders konfiguriert ist

der Voip-Server auf dem die 3CX läuft hat nur eine Netzwerkkarte drinnen.

Ich würde empfehlen eine Sicherung zu erstellen, 3CX zu deinstallieren und die neuste Version sauber neu zu installieren. Anschließend das Backup einspielen. Wenn das auch nicht hilft, dann einfach noch mal melden.
