3CX - Fritzbox - VoIPGateway - Weiterleitung

Hallo,

wir sind aktuell dabei, unsere Telefonanlage auf 3CX umzustellen.
Leider können wir zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt die Anlage nicht einfach direkt mit SIP betrieben, da wir sonst den kompletten Vertrag kündigen müssten.

Aktuell ist das so gelöst:

Fritzbox wählt sich ins Telefonnetz ein und dient als "3CX Gateway", in der Fritzbox gibt es dann für jede externe Durchwahl einen Eintrag.
In der 3CX sind die dann als SIP Trunks eingebunden. Soweit so gut.

Nun zu den Problemen:
Wenn man ein externes Gespräch weiterleiten möchte, klingelt die Nebenstelle und man kann den Anruf entgegennehmen. Allerdings bleibt der Anrufer in der Warteschlage.
Irgendwann wird dann das Gespräch beendet, im Ereignisprotokoll taucht leider kein Fehler auf.

Ist das jetzt ein Problem, dass durch das "Fritzbox Gateway" versursacht wird? Oder hat jemand eine andere Idee?

Das kann leider nur über ein Wireshark pcap analysiert werden.
Schau dir den Anruf und die Pakete dort mal an.
