3cx License Activation on XP

Hi All !
I recently got an Small Business Edition License and tried to activate it on an new installed XP Prof SP3 with IIS
I can activate the license in the manager console with the following response " License has been activated you have to restart the server to activate changes" once I restart the 3cxservices or even XP complete the license key disapeared and still not active, any ideas on that ?
