3CX Management Console not working

I use 3CX on Debian and I can not access 3CX Management Console. I try local 5000 port and restart services; nginx, 3CXPhonesystemMC01. Also systemctl command everything works fine on systemctl status too. I want to restore from a backup downloaded for a while ago.. Is there anyone can help me cause I google but can not find any usefull information. Thank you for your helps.
