Habt Ihr euch das schon mal angesehen?
Kann zwar nicht so viel wie das andere, aber für manche Bediener wohl einfacher zu handhaben.

New basic features provided:
- ability to set its own Caller ID to be identified by other SIP devices.
- Caller ID support for incoming calls, on ringing and on established connections
- call duration when call ends
- four online statuses - Available, Away, Auto-answer and Auto-Voicemail
- ability to handle both IPs and domain names for servers
- Windows system-event log messages for significant events

New UI features provided:
- integrated display to provide user a quick access and useful information:
- integrated menu bar
- the online status field (bottom right) when clicked toggle between the four statuses
- the connection field( top right) when clicked shows a menu with available connections
- phone line's status indicators (1,2,3) in the bottom left, showing free/in use/active status.
- hold (H), mute (M), record(R) status indicators for the active line
- tunnel status indicator (TNL)
- numbers to dial can be pasted from clipboard directly on the phone using CTRL+V
- by right-clicking the display, a menu containing dialed numbers will be shown. When selected, they will be directly dialed.
- "+" key expands to "00" when a dial number is typed or pasted.
- language translation with direct online support for updates
- improved, user-friendly debug messages
- tray-icon menu allows a quick toggle, alongside available connection, of the online status
- tray-icon tooltip shows active connection, line status and phone online status

Significant issues solved:
- tunnel connection problem due to disabled but non-empty "Local IP of remote PBX" field
- "multi-echo" audio connection problem
- "not available" problem for available called extensions
- intermitent audio issues between succesive calls
- "audio mix" problem on the active line with sound of the held/on-hold lines

Successfuly tested on 64-bit Vista using direct/tunneled, internet/intranet connections to remote 3CX V7 PBXs.

Ich habe die neue SoftPhone schon getestet und der Tunnel funktioniert wirklich ohne Probleme auf Anhieb. Jetzt sollte das noch in den VoIP-Client integriert werden, da das SoftPhone nicht aus Outlook heraus telefonieren kann und nicht als Zusatz für Hardphones genutzt werden kann...aber gut ist das SoftPhone

ja vorallem verwende ich es um kurze Tests zu probieren
das teil kann ich parallel zum SoftPhone installieren

wenn man nicht mehr braucht reichts

Das ist eine tolle Alternative für die LanCom router, denn dort kostet das Softphone 75 euro ... !

1. Es hat schon ein wenig gedauert bis ich erkannte wo das Problem lag / liegt.

Ich wollte im Display des Softphone in die "Preferences" hinein.
Jedoch konnte ich solange auf "File" klicken wie ich wollte, es öffnete sich kein DropDown Menu.
Durch Zufall erkannte ich dann, das sich das DopDown Menu doch öffnete, aber hinter der Applikation. Somit nicht sichtbar.
Hat die Erfahrung noch jemand gemacht? Anfangs klappte alles wunderbar, aber dann auf Schlag dieses Anzeigeproblem.
Kommt jetzt bereits auf 2 meiner Rechner vor. Nach dem Klicken auf "File" muss ich mir das Menu einfach denken, und weiter unten dann klicken. Es öffnet sich dann die gewünschte Funktion.

2. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass einige Nebenstellen extrem leise und somit unverständlich sind. Durch ein Sennheiser Headset (PC 166) konnte ich das Problem sofort beheben, da dieses im USB Stecker eine eigene Soundkarte integriert hat. Das behob sofort das Problem mit der Lautstärke auch bei den anderen Rechnern beim Test.
Gibt es noch andere Möglichkeiten die Lautstärke zu erhöhen ( ausser dem Mic.-Boost )?

wir nutzen das sennheiser PC25 USB - keine probleme, es kostet als bulk nur 27 euro. da es eine extra soundkarte hat, klingelt der PC und nicht das headset - ausserdem laufen die windows sounds nicht ins headset.
