Absence info in 3CX CTI

I have several users whose presence should be automatically updated in the 3CX client. The users have opened the Windows client or the web interface If a user leaves their workstation and locks their PC, the status should change to Absent. The user should be shown as offline when they shut down their PC.
I already know that in the 3cx client on Windows the status is automatically changed after a few minutes of inactivity. However, the status will not be changed when the program is closed or the PC is shut down. The user will then continue to be displayed as available.

The status of a user without a mobile app does not change even after the PC is shut down. So I don't think it's related with the mobile app.
