Anrufe gehen trotz verfügbarem Telefon an Voicebox

Ich habe folgendes Problem:

An der Extension 43 hängt
- ein normales Yealink T28 IP:192.168.1.234 und
- ein DECT Handteil mit Basis Gigaset N510IP IP: 192.168.1.27.
beide sollen parallel klingeln

Das Handteil der DECT-Basis ist außer Reichweite oder nicht angemeldet.

Jetzt kommt ein Anruf von 85, es klingelt kurz das Yealink T28, dann geht der Anruf an die Mailbox.
Warum klingelt das Yealink nicht weiter (eingestellt 20s, dann Voicebox) auch wenn das Handteil nicht erreichbar ist?

Ich habe 3CXPSSB 11 SP2 und hier ist das Log dazu.

was heisst denn es klingelt kurz das Yealink T28

Laut Log müsste es ja circa 8 Sekunden klingel. Oder?

Ich kenne das Gigaset N510IP nicht.

Im Log steht:
Cause: 480 Temporarily not available/INVITE from 192.168.1.27:5060

Ich würde also sagen, dass die 480er Meldung von der Gigaset BOX kommt. Kann man da etwas einstellen, wie sie sich verhalten soll wenn sie die Mobilteile nicht erreicht wird?
