Ausgehende Regel Österreich

Hallo,

leider bekommen wir bei Anrufen nach Österreich mit der Vorwahl 0043 in den Telefonen "FORBIDDEN" angezeigt.

Folgende Einstellungen haben wir unter Ausgehende Regeln.

Kann sich jemand erklären, warum das nicht funktioniert?

woher kommt das forbidden? Von welche IP? Was steht in den Ereignisprotokoll?
Stelle bitte sicher dass in den Einstellungen -> Sicherheit auch Österreich Aktiviert ist.

Im Ereignisprotokoll stand:

Call from [001] to [004350233333] has been rejected by the 3CX Country Blocking Feature [0043]. Reason: 004350233333 contains Prefix 0043. Calls to 0043 are not allowed by system.
Resolution: To allow this call access the 3CX Management Console, Settings, Security, Allowed Country Codes and enable the country or continent that matches this prefix.

Dem bin ich gefolgt und jetzt läuft es. Danke für den Hinweis.
