call rejected, caller is unknown bei Fax Software

Hallo,

ich versuche gerade unsere Fax SOftware OfficeMaster an eine 3CX anzubinden.
Problem ist das die 3CX das Fax immer ablehnt:

Das einzige was mir da auffällt, wo 3CX drüber stolpern könnte, ist das Anonym in der From Zeile.
Wenn es das ist, was sollte da eigentlich stehen bzw. wie kann ich der 3CX sagen das er das trotzdem akzeptieren soll, da ich das eventuell gar nicht ändern kann.

Erfahrung hiermit habe ich nicht, da so eine Konstellation von der 3CX auch nicht unterstützt wird.
Du muss aber deine Software mit eine Nebenstelle von der PBX Registrieren / Provisionieren.

Ich konnte das Problem inzwischen Lösen. Es war tatsächlich das From Feld. habe in der Software statt Anonym die Nebenstelle eintragen lassen und es funktioniert.
