Chat Integration Wordpress

Hallo zusammen,
wir haben eine Wordpress Seite und ich wollte jetzt den LiveChat auf die Seite integrieren.
Hab das Plugin installiert und alles nach Anleitung gemacht aber der Button zum chatten ist leider disabled.
Überseh ich da irgendwas?

This can occur when the website URL has not been declared in the phone system, as there is safety (CORS) rejecting requests from unknown servers.
Ensure the correct URL of your website is input in Management console / Messaging / Add Live Chat Specify your Website's URL field.

You may also check the browser Developer Tool / Console section for errors.

Hey Pierre,
Thank you very much.
I removed the „www“ in the URL, now it works. The url is now „https://website.com“.
Problem solved
