Hallo everybody,
we are planning to use 3CX for Outbound Calls from Dynamics 365. As my experience of the 'standard way' (click on '3CX' and click on 'Call') is not the best experience, I advised Chrome to handle numbers with 3CX per default.
The strange thing is the following: When we have in Dynamics 365 one of this combinations, the call will be extended with a beginning '22' (and in one case with '49')
The behaviour in other combinations is:
Dynamics: 174
3CX: 2249174
Dynamics: +49174
3CX: 2249174
Dynamics: +48174
3CX: 2248174
Dynamics: 0049174
3CX: 22490049174
The prefix for the country is correct (compare case 2 and 3), but what is the 22? Where does it come from and how to handle this?
Thanks a lot!
