Fanvil i18s no "hardware" as extension is ringing, only Webapp and mobile apps

Hi eveyone,

i have a really strange problem with my fanvil i18s. I have configured it this way:

Follow this guide to configure yout Fanvil Insfrastructure Device (SIP Doorphone, Speaker and Paging Gateway) for 3CX Phone System

The first thing is, that I could not automatically provision the device, I had to configure it this way in the description :

Remote Phones: Use a Manual Provisioning Link​

after the restart the device received everything from our 3cx server.
Now if I start a call only my mobile app an the Webapp rings, my Yealin T19P E2 is not ringing, my Yealink Dect W53H is not ringing.
I have also test the tip from other post, to disable "PBX Delivers Audio" or enable it for my extension, where I'm trying to start the call.

Now the technical details, we are using 3cx in version 18.0 (Build 461) The Fanvil i18s Door Phone has the Firmware 2.8.2.7020
When I call the extension which is assigned to the door Phone, i reach it. When I get answer the incoming call on my mobile phone app it works.
Even on the WebClient for 3cx the Call works.

But no other Hardware endpoint (like DECT phone or Desk Phone) is ringing.
I'm really frustrated because it worked with an Fanvil i10 Door Phone which is not mentioned as supported, but the mentioned supported Device (Fanvil i18s) makes trouble.

Can anyone suggest me some solutions?

Have you programmed the first BLF to the ring group / queue / user?
Make a pcap from the "Call" and check it please.

Hello Marc,

i have programmed the first BLF to ring a user directly. I have created a pcap file, see the attached picture. This is unfortunately anything what he captured from this source (192.168.110.109 , our Fanvil i18s)
Currently the old Fanvil i10 is connected and works perfect, just the sound qualitiy is not so good. But it's more than nothing.

hattest du vorher das Fanvil i10 oder i10V?

Folgende Einschränkung bei Türklingeln mit H264 Videoübertragung:

Wenn an der angerufenen Stelle kein Endgerät provisioniert ist, welches H264 verarbeiten kann, ist ein Betrieb nur über den Webclient möglich.

Das funktioniert wunderbar.
Nochmal kurz zu deiner Antwort, dass würde leider in die Kategorie Layer 8 fallen, das war mir nicht bewusst, kann ich dass Protocol H264 umgehen, oder Video deaktivieren, sodass die neue Türklingel, wie die i10 funktioniert, also ohne Video?
So dass auch Geräte angesprochen werden können, die kein Video unterstützen?

Problem gelöst . Du hast mich auf die richtige Spur gebracht:

Wenn man diese beiden Punkte unter 3 deaktiviert, dann können auch "normale" endgeräte ohne Videounterstützung(DECT) angerufen werden.
