Hilfe beim Einrichten der 3cx Anlage

Hallo, nachdem ich nun mehere Tage versucht habe, die Anlage für externe Anrufe zu konfigurieren, was leider nicht geklappt hat, versuche ich es mal hier im Forum.

Mein Problem ist, das ich so wie es aussieht, keine Verbindung zu meinem Provider bekomme. Als Provider benutze ich 1und1. Habe die Anlage so wie beschrieben konfiguriert, aber ich kann werder raus noch rein telefonieren.
Da ich absoluter Anfänger bin, weiß ich nicht, ob ich alles richtig mache.

es scheint als könne der server den dns-namen nicht auflösen:
Could not contact DNS servers for sip.1und1.de

versuche mal einen nslookup (Eingabeaufforderung->nslookup sip.1und1.de) und poste das ergebnis.

Hallo,

ich hatte beim einrichten einer SIP Verbindung mit 1und1 auch mal ein Problem.

Bei mir war das Problem, dass die Telefon Nummer bei der Anmeldung mit einer 49 statt der 0 eingegeben werden muss:

BSP: Verl: 0524612345 wird zu 49524612345

Hallo, das mit dem Tauschen der 49 gegen die 0 hat so wie es aussieht wohl nicht geklappt.

Poste doch bitte noch mal deine Netzwerkeinstellungen (cmd->ipconfig all). Eventuell hast du den falschen DNS-Server eingetragen.

Was ich vorher schon mal probiert habe, ist eine Verbindung mit X-lite hinzubekommen, da habe ich allerdings als Domäne 1und1.de angegeben und das funktioniert soweit alles, wenn ich aber bei 3cx 1und1.de als Domäne angebe, funktioniert dies allerdings nicht.

Ich bin jetzt mal hingegangen und habe anstatt sip.1und1.de die IP Adresse eingegeben 212.227.15.231, jetzt steht der Port/Trunk Status auf Angemeldet (inaktiv). Was heißt denn jetzt dieses (inaktiv)? Falls ich jetzt angemeldet bin, wie muss ich denn dann jetzt weiter gehen, damit ich ausgehende Gespräche fürhren kann?

wenn dein provider angemeldet ist, dann benötigst du nur noch eine ausgehende regel.

Irgend ne Idee, woran das mit der Namensauflösung liegen kann?

Ich habe jetzt mal veruscht eine Regel zu erstellen, aber irgendwie bekomm ich keine ausgehenden Anrufe hin.
Wenn ich doch zb. die Nummer 02211234567 anrufen will muss ich doch ungefäir so was einstellen:

Regelname : test
Anrufe für Nummern, die beginnen mit (Prefix): 0 (mit Null ist doch die 0 von der 0221... gemeint, oder ?)
Anrufe von Nebenstelle(n): 100-999 (die Nebenstellen, die raus telefonieren dürfen)
Anrufe für Nummern mit einer Länge von: erst mal nix angegeben

Ausgehende Anrufe durchfühern über

Route 1 : 1und1 (mein Voip Gateway wählen)
Ziffern entfernen: 1 (Ist das jetzt die erste 0, von der 0221..., die ich damit entferne???)
Ziffer voranstellen: 0 (ist dies dann die Nummer für die Amtsholung, die ich dann wieder an die 2211234567???)


Ich versteh das dann nicht so ganz, falls das von mir beschriebene richtig ist, wieso muss erst eine Ziffer entfernt werden, in dem Fall die Null und dann wieder rangestellt werden.

Ich denke mal das ich hier eine Denkfehler habe, wäre nett, wenn mir das mit den Regeln mal jemand genauer erklären kann und wie ich genau eine Amtsholung mit der Null einrichte.
Wenn ich mit den Einstellungen versuche zu telefonieren, bekomme ich keine Verbindung.

Und dann noch eine Frage zu DID/MSN

Wo liegt der Unterschied zwischen DID/MSN Name und DID/MSN-Nummer/Maske? Wo bekomm ich diese Daten her? Ist damit meine registrierte Telefonnummer gemeint, die ich bei meinem Voip Provider freigeschaltet habe oder muss ich die noch beantragen?

(inaktiv) bedeutet dass die Leitung frei ist. Es können also aus- und eingehende Gespräche geführt werden.

Die einfachste Regel bei einer Nebenstellenlänge von 3 Ziffern (100,101,...) ist folgende:

Allgemein->Regelname:

Diese Regeln anwenden auf->Anrufe für Nummern mit einer Länge von->4-16

Ausgehende Anrufe durchführen über->Route ->
-->Ziffern entfernen->0
-->Ziffern voranstellen->LEER

Diese Regel besagt, dass alle Nummern, die zwischen 4 und 16 Ziffern lang sind über das Gateway rausgehen ohne dass Ziffern entfernt oder vorangestellt werden.

So kannst du die Nummer wie gewohnt wählen ohne dass man eine 0 vorweg wählen müsste.
