a customer has 4 Android Clients using the 3CX App. 3 of the phones (Samsung) work fine.
The Huawei actually will not ring at all. The caller can hear the ringing tone, but the Huawei user cannot hear the phone ringing. The app does not react. Even if the app is open, you will not see the incoming call. If the Huawei user uses the app to make a call, it works fine.
Strange: I uninstalled the app, reinstalled and reprovisioned it. I then made a test call wich did ring on the Huawei. I though tthe issue was solved but I found out that follwoing calls will not ring anymore.
I found a thread wich tells to make the same order of codecs (in the trunk, extension and settings). I made that (even though I doubt it is the issue, since codecs are only active when you talk?) but it made no change.
