Keine Verbindung mit VoIP-Providern (port unreachable)

Hallo,

3cx V9 läuft bei uns hinter Endian Firewall (SIP- und RDP-Channels in beide Richtungen freigegeben bzw. weitergeleitet) und Fritzbox 7390 (VDSL-Router = nutzt Port 5060 selbst). Andere SIP-Telefone in diesem internen Netz (z. B. Gigaset IP-Telefon) funktionieren problemlos mit SIP-Providern.

Wenn ich auf dem 3cx Server (Win 2008R2) testweise das Softphone x-lite installiere, klappt die Verbindung zu diversen VoIP-Providern problemlos. Wenn ich in 3cx (X-Lite beendet) die gleichen SIP-Accounts (z. B. sipgate.de, Port 5070) einrichte, ist keine Verbindung möglich.

Wireshark zeigt an, dass SIP-Paket rausgeht
lokale IP sipgate-IP SIP Request: REGISTER sip:sipgate.de:port5070
sipgate-IP lokale IP ICMP destination unreachable (port unreachable)

X-Lite nutzt sehr hohe SIP-Ports (>30.000). Selbst wenn ich den Port bei 3cx fest einstelle (z. B. 62012), der bei X-Lite zuvor noch funktionierte, erhalte ich bei der Nutzung von 3cx wieder das port unreachable im Wireshark bei den Anmeldeversuchen.

Windows-Firewall deaktivieren hatte ich auch schon versucht.

Kennt jemand dieses Phänomen?
 
In der Fritzbox sind die Freigaben wie in

beschrieben eingetragen.

Fritzbox ist Router (192.168.250.1), die Endian dahinter macht nochmal NAT in das Netz 192.168.1.0.

du kannst dich an sipgate nicht an port 5070 anmelden, das ziel ist 5060 (nein mail server spricht bei default auch nur 25 mit dir und nicht 5070)
 
Aber was macht man dann, wenn zwischen 3cx und sipgate eine VoIP-Fritzbox als Router ist?
 
du änderst den FROM port der 3CX wie im blog post beschrieben, folge dem guide hier auf https://www.3cx.de/blog einfach ganz genau.
was da nicht drin steht musst du auch nicht machen
