Kunde hat noch 15.5, welche Argumente zum schnellen Update auf 16.x bzw. welche Vorteile begeistern Kunden?

Hallo,

Handelsfirma (businss2business) hat noch 15.5 auf einem Win10 PC mit eine Prof. Lizenz und 8SC
Welche guten Argumente sprechen für 3cx + Update auf 16.x ?

Status:

• ca. 15 Mitarbeiter (fast alle mit Firmenhandy im Homeoffice) hat noch Version 15.5.20000.6 und 20x SNOM D345
• nicht im einsatz: Warteschleife, 3cx-Video-Webmeeting, Audio-Mailbox, Smartphone-App, Wordpress-Chat, Facebook, Warteschleife
• Video-Webmeeting meist Teams
• Telekom SIP Trunk vorhanden
• manchmal im Einsatz: Chrome--Webclient mit Softphone, Conferenceroom 70
• 3cx Windows App an der Rezeption im Einsatz
  

Argumente Pro 16.x
- Letz Encrypt Zertifikat wird sich bald nicht mehr erneuern (?)
- Support von Hersteller 3cx für EOL Version
- Gesprächsaufzeichnungen für Handelsgeschäfte nochmal demonstieren
- TAPI F8 Taste nochmal demonstrieren
- Audio-Meeting mit automatischem Anruf der Teilnehmer


Technische Durchführung:
- das ein neues System aufgesetzt werden + Import der Config ist mir bekannt

Hello,
There have been so many improvements since version 15.5 SP6 which is 2y and half old that I don't know where to start.
You could point them to the Blog / Release section or also to the change log (https://www.3cx.com/blog/change-log/phone-system-change-log/) to get an idea.

They should definitely look into updating the phone system to the latest stable version which is v16 Update 7, and is the only one supported from our end.
