Nebenstellenproblem mit Voicemail

Hallo Zusammen,

wir haben seit ca.2 Jahren unsere 3cx Telefonanlage im Einsatz.
Seit dem Upgrade auf die V12 habe ich nun bei EINER Nebenstelle das Problem, das die Voicemailbox nach ca. 3 Sekunden den Anruf entgegen nimmt. Man hat gar keine Chance ans Telefon zu gehen.
Im Profil sind die Standard Einstellungen von 20 Sek eingestellt.
Alle Telefon verwenden die selbe Vorlage.
Ein löschen der Nebenstelle incl. kompletten Neueinrichten hatte das Problem für 2 Tage behoben, selbstverständlich hatte ich auch das Telefon ein CiscoSPA525G2 mit Sidecar auf Werkseinstellungen Resetet.
Dann trat es wieder auf.
Finde keine Möglichkeit mehr woran das liegen kann.
Vielleicht hat jemand eine Lösung.

versuche mal die Nst. zu löschen und neu einzurichten, vielleicht schafft das Abhilfe

Hallo rgrunert,

wie bereits in meinem Posting geschrieben habe ich die Nebenstelle gelöscht und komplett neu eingerichtet.
Nach 2 Tagen trat das Problem mit der schnellen Rufannahme der Voicemailbox wieder auf.

Es sieht ganz danach aus, dass das Telefon die Meldung "vorübergehend nicht erreichbar" sendet.

Scheinbar gibt es ein Problem auf dem Telefon. Evtl. DND aktiviert. Oder sonst irgendetwas verstellt?

Habe das Telefon schon auf Werkseinstellungen zurück gesetzt. Denn dann sollten alle Einstellungen zurück gestellt sein.
Habe wie gesagt auch schon die Nebenstelle gelöscht und neu angelegt.
