Unerwartetes umschalten auf "nicht stören"

Seit den letzten 2-3 wochen (ggf. nach dem update auf v16.0.910) beklagt sich einer unserer kunden, dass sich einige softphones (v16.0.1.0 Mac and v16.0.1.81 Win) automatisch und ohne zutun des users auf den status "nicht stören" umstellen. Also haben wir folgendes geprüft:

• Automatisches ändern ist deaktiviert
• Es sind keine geschäftszeiten konfiguriert
• Die funktionscodes (geändert) wurden nicht verwendet
• Outlook/O365 integration ist aktiviert, aber nicht konfiguriert
• Zeit der 3CX PBX ist korrekt

Das logging (level auf "mittel" gestellt) zeigt keine informationen bezüglich status. Das einzige komische ist, dass im log alle 30 minuten für einige nebenstellen 40x die meldung "Settings of Extn:*** has been updated" ausgegeben wird. Aber das könnte auch vorher schon so gewesen sein.

Hat jemand anderes dieses verhalten?
Etwas anderes, was wir prüfen müssten?

Um alle logs sehen zu können, muss die Protokollierung auf Ausführlich gesetzt werden und anschließend die Dienste neugestartet werden.
Ich kann mir ehrlich gesagt nicht vorstellen dass der Status selbst sich ändert.
Das habe ich ehrlich gesagt noch nie erlebt.

Danke für die rasche rückmeldung. Wir haben nun die protokollierung auf ausführlich gestellt und werden weiter beobachten. Auch haben wir die Outlook/O365 integration deaktiviert.

Melde mich sobald ich mehr weiss.

Kann es sein dass ihr Outlook kalender Synchronisation nutzt?

Meines wissens nicht. Aber es kann sein, dass der kunde dies selber aktiviert hat. Aus diesem grund haben wir heute die Outlook sowie auch die O365 integration explizit deaktiviert.

Nun müssen wir abwarten ob es wieder passiert. In der regel passiert es 1-2 pro tag, morgens. Wenn ja, werde ich die resultate der logs posten.

Heute morgen wurden wieder 2 nebenstellen des kunden automatisch auf DND umgeschaltet. Also haben wir folgendes geprüft:

• Softphone umschalten wenn idle: Off
• Automatisches ändern: Off
• O365 Kalender: Off
• Zeit auf PBX und Softphone: synchron und korrekt

Der kunde versichert uns, dass der DND knopf nicht gedrückt wurde. Der user des folgenden logs hat sein automatisch eingeschalteter DND status um 8:23.03 ausgeschaltet.

Beide automatisch umgeschalteten nebenstellen zeigen die meldung "OverrideExt... has active profile override until ..."

Was ist eine "active profile override"?
