Voicemail as an attachment in MP3 format

Hello everyone,

I would like to change the format of the voicemail attachments that are sent via email. Currently they are .wav files, but I would prefer them to be .mp3 or .mp4 files.

Where can I change this setting?

We are using a self-hosted 3CX system, not the free version.

You cant, its always an WAV file.
