Webmeeting IOS App stürzt ab

Hallo,
wir nutzen 3CX14 SP3 und haben gerade das Webmeeting getestet.

Die IOS App stürzt ab wenn sie versucht sich einzuloggen. Beim Login zu einem Meeting stürzt die App beim Punkt "Authenticating" ab.
Das Verhalten ist auf iPhone 6 / 6s mit IOS 10.2 und auf einem iPad mini mit IOS 9.x gleich. Egal ob Wlan oder Mobile Daten.

Verbindungen mit Windows 7 / 10 mit Chrome und Galaxy S6 / Oneplus 3T mit Android funktionieren gut.

damit du Webmeeting auf deinem IOS starten kannst benötigst du die WeBMeeting application.
Hast du die App schon..wenn nicht hier nochmal der Link hierfür:

Fehler in der iOS-App. Funktioniert nicht mit Webmeeting 9.2.1.1

"We are aware of this issue. It only occurs on iOS devices and is caused by having previously accessed a meeting with the WebMeeting App. This link is automatically stored in the app in case you'd like to join the same meeting again in the future.
In case however you somehow invalidate this link, lets say by releasing your PBX FQDN from the ERP and creating a new different FQDN, then when the iOS app tries to access this link, it sees that it's not valid and crashes.

We are working on a fix, however i must inform you that a release of our next version of the iOS application for WebMeeting will be delayed, and so i can provide you with a workaround which is to very simply uninstall and re-install the application which should clear any memory of the old invalid meeting link."
