Whatsapp Dateien Loop

Hallo zusammen,

sobald uns jemand per Whatsapp Business eine Datei schickt, wird diese Datei automatisch immer wieder geschickt. Leider hat uns das schon den 3cx Speicher vollgehauen, so das kein Backup erstellt werden konnte.
Woran liegt das?

kann ich bitte erfahren welche 3cx Build Nummer(Version) verwendet wird?
Anlage läuft auf V18 update 5?
Bekommst du immer noch das Verhalten?
