Mein Szenario:
1.) Webconferenz mit SFB
2.) Telefonkonferenz mit 3CX (weil das Webconferencing mit 3CX einfach zum kotzen ist, addons benötigt, und die Qualität einfach schlecht ist und 80% unserer Kunden noch exklusiv auf IE nutzen was 3CX nicht unterstützt)
Wir möchte folgendes:
1.) Telefonkonferenz im 3CX anlegen --> Termin öffnet sich vor dem Versand
2.) Mitarbeiter klicken auf SFB Meeting der Kalender Eintrag generiert automatisch die Webkonferenz Sitzungs ID und legt diese samt Link in die Einladung
3.) Mitarbeiter kann den Termin rausschicken ohne zusätzlich Nacharbeit zu leisten (dies ist essenziell wichtig die Ausrede wir brauchen 10min einen Termin zu pflegen in 3 systemen muss weg !!! )
Das muss doch irgendwie möglich sein es sollte keine Grund geben, dass dies nicht so klappen sollte.
Gibt es einen hacken Termin vor Versand öffnen oder sowas ?
Oder in irgendeiner Config Datei eine Einstellung zu setzen das der Termin erstmal geöffnet wird und nicht einfach automatisch Versand wird ?

We would like to:
1.) Create a phone conference in the 3CX -> appointment opens before the dispatch / send
2.) Employees click on SFB Meeting The calendar entry automatically generates the Web Conferencing session ID and places this together with the link in the invitation
3.) Employees can send the appointment without additional rework (this is important the excuse we need 10min to setup an appointment and maintain it in 3 systems must go away!)
There must be some possibility to do this.
Is there a config setting somewhere that says someting like open appointment before sending?
Or in there any config file to set a setting that the appointment is to be opened first and not simply automatically send the E-Mail?
