3CX V10, Queues and Snom M9

Hi,

after upgrading from V8 to V10, I detect massive problems using Snom M9 as queue agents. In V8 this works fine.
Is there any solution out there.


And, have I take into account to change all my phones after an upgrade of my PBX??????

Hi

we had issues with the M9 and the queues when the caller was anonymous. There was no ringing on the M9.

Unfortunatly there was no solution for this issue so we removed the queue (it was just for an test on the internal pbx)
