3cx with 1und1 and AVM Fritzbox

im new here and i want to set up an 3cx at home.
intern i can call the other extensions.

At The Cebit in Hannover a Supporter of AVM sayed i must set up the Fritzbox with a SIP Number and set up the 3cx as a IP-Phone.
My Server has an DYN DNS at noip and the noip client is running on the server.
The SIP Port on the Server is the 5064 because the Fritzbox use the 5060 at his own.

I set up my msn in the fritzbox and get a internal number **624 and my password.

Now i want to set up a new Provider.
I type in a Name for example: MyProvider1
Land: Generic
Provider: Generic Sip-Trunk

Sip-Server-Hostname/IP: <= Is sip.1und1.de or my 3cx Server
Sip-Server-Port: 5060 or 5064
Outgoing Proxy-Hostname: <= Whats this?
Outgoing Proxy-Port: 5060 or 5064

i tried now

Sip-Server-Hostname/IP: sip.1und1.de
Sip-Server-Port: 5060
Outgoing Proxy-Hostname: fritz.box
Outgoing Proxy-Port: 5060

external number: my countrycode + my prefix + my msn number

is this right. or why i cant get a phonecall in?
