Anrufliste nicht aktuell

Hallo Zusammen

Seit dem Update auf 3CX PhoneSystem Version 12 SP6.1 sind bei den 3CX Phone for Windows Clients die Anruflisten nicht mehr aktuell.

Weiss jemand woran das liegt bzw. ob es ein Fehler ist oder lediglich eine Einstellung die man pro Client oder auf dem 3CX Server ändern muss?

Hi there

Yes, prescence informations and contacts status change are working. But the list for incoming and outgoing calls doesn't refresh.

Do you have an idea, why it isn't working?

I've just found the problem.

3CX PhoneSystem Call History Service didn't start again after upgrade.... restart --> now it's working.
