Begrüßungsmail wird nicht versendet

Also die Testmail über euren SMTP geht nicht, über den von 1und1 auch nicht? Über den von 3CX geht die Testmail. Richtig?

EDIT: Sorry 1und1 ging die Testmail. Was passiert wenn du in der Nebenstelle eine Emailadresse einträgst die bei einer anderen Nebenstelle funktioniert?

also:
a. wir haben einen exchange eingetragen der geht nicht.
b. wir haben smtp von 3cx eingetragen testmail an Adresse 1 geht kommt an.
c. wir haben 1und1 eingetragen testmail an Adressse 1 geht kommt an.
siehe vorheriger Post mit Anhang.
nur die Begrüßungsmail an Adressse 2 geht nicht.

kommt auch nicht an. Deshalb hatte ich ja die Nebenstelle gelöscht und komplett neu angelegt. Doch die Begrüßungsmail kommt immer noch nicht an.

Hi,
laut Support ist die Rede von Bitdefender und 3cx Kontakt zu Microsoft.
Was aber ja so nicht zutrifft.
Bitdefender haben wir nicht im Einsatz.
Mails werden hier direkt über ein 1und1.de Konto gesendet.
Ich habe eher die Vermutung, das hier die Daten per Begrüßungsmail Vorlage nicht richtig, sauber aus der 3cx Anlage gezogen werden und somit nicht versendet werden können.

Wir haben hier noch einmal einen Test durchgeführt:
eine neue Nebenstelle erstellt ohne Hardwaretelefon für reinen Webclient Betrieb.
Auch hier wird keine Begrüßungsmail versendet.

Könnte es sein das die Daten nicht sauber zurückgeschrieben werden, so dass die Begrüßungsmail Vorlage die daten nicht ziehen kann?

Auf dem Windows Server auf dem die 3cx installiert ist, läuft im moment nur der Windows Defender.

wurde an der Vorlage der Begrüßungsmail etwas verändert?
 
@MarcM_3CX vllt. ist es auch das Problem was du mir letztens mit den Mail-Änderungen im Webclient und der Adminkonsole geschildert hattest?

ggf. hilft hier auch ein Export-Löschen-Import der entsprechenden Nebenstelle. Das schon mal probiert @VGW ?

Wenn ich das richtig übersetzte:
Microsoft 365 Defender stellt Mails (hier z.B. von 3cx Webseite) mit dem Link zum Download unter Quarntäne. Sonst nichts.
 
Microsoft Defender nutzt ihr auch laut deiner Aussage und der flaggt die Mails.

hmm warum dann nur bei der neu erstellten Nebenstelle und bei meiner oder den von meinen beiden anderen Kollegen nicht?
dort geht doch das senden der Begrüßungsmail.
 
Da ich dringend die Willkommens-Emails raussenden musste... war ich gezwungen mich mit der Thematik zu beschäftigen. Das Hauptproblem in der Vorlage ist scheinbar der Link auf die alte legacy Windows App. Genauer dieser Abschnitt:

@VGW ein bearbeiten deines Beitrages hätte es auch getan. ;-) Aber danke, so ist es besser.
 
Hallo mal wieder.
Wollte mal nachfragen ob sich etwas getan hat.

wenn die Begrüßungsemail versendet wird, also der Benutzer erstellt wird, muss das jeweilige Emailpostfach bereits aktiv sein, sonst wird diese Email bei 3CX gesperrt. In diesem Fall bitte über das Portal ein Ticket eröffnen mit der / den betreffende-n Emailadresse-n. Dann kann es wieder freigeschaltet werden.
Dem muss ich widersprechen.
Neues Postfach welches Aktiv ist, nach mehreren Tagen ein Telefon geschnappt, eine Nebenstelle erstellt und dem Telefon zugewiesen. Begrüßungsmail kommt nicht an.
Wie geht es nun bei 3cx weiter? Letzter Stand war, man sei mit Microsoft in Verbindung....
Das Problem besteht weiterhin....
Die 3cx ist nicht funktional.
Wie man ließt bin ich ja kein Einzelfall.
