BLF geht bei internem Anruf aus

Guten Abend,

ich habe mir momentan mein Snom D785 mit folgender LED-Konfiguration eingerichtet.

Das funktioniert bis jetzt auch alles ganz gut. Nur wenn ich von dem 3CX Windows-Client eine Nebenstelle anrufe, geht auf dem Snom auf einmal die LED aus (sowohl solange es klingelt als auch wenn jemand angenommen hat).

Wenn ich z.B. über mein Snom direkt eine Nebenstelle anrufe, dann leuchtet Sie, wie im Windows-Client auch, rot bis jemand rangeht.

Sobald jemand dran ist, wechselt Sie auf gelb. Das funktioniert auch bei externen Anrufen. Nur eben wenn ich es über den Windows-Client mache, bleibt die Lampe aus, bis das Telefonat beendet ist.

Hat jemand eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte? Wahrscheinlich fehlt einfach nur ein Keyword in der Konfiguration. Allerdings habe ich keine Idee, welches das sein könnte.
 
Ich habe im Snom D785 mal das SIP Protokoll mitgeschnitten für den Zeitpunkt, wenn der Anruf beginnt.

Anruf wird über das Telefon gestartet, alles wird korrekt angezeigt:

Hallo Ilias,

ja genau diese Einstellungen sind im Template drin. Das Template wird auch verwendet weil ja die anderen Einstellungen funktionieren.
 
Mir ist gerade noch etwas anderes aufgefallen. Wenn ich eine Nebenstelle direkt über den entsprechenden Button anrufe, blinkt sie auch wie gewollt. Wenn ich aber die Nummer der Nebenstelle wähle und anrufe, geht sie auch aus.

da es hier um modifizierte templates und Einstellungen im Template des Telefons geht, würde ich dir empfehlen den Hersteller des Telefons zu kontaktieren.
