BLF on Remote Extension

Hi,

I'm using 3Cx 15.5 Free Version.
I'm using a Grandstream GXP2124 as a remote extension. Since auto provisioning is not supported on this phone, I provisioned the remote phone myself manually. I used the SIP credentials and port forwarding. Everythin works well, except the Busy Lamp Fields.

They are just "dead". So I provisioned the BLF on the GXP2124 through the webinterface of the phone, but nothin works. The BLF on the phone don't work...

Does 3cx support BLF in the free version on remote extensions? If yes, any hints for me?

Please write your question in German. Here is a german 3CX Formum. Or if you need you can poste your question in the English Forum.
Please note that STUN Provisioning for this phone is not support. In this case is it normal that your BLFs isn't working.

danke für die rasche Antwort. Wäre ein SBC im remote Office eine Lösung? Können bei einem SBC die Telefone am remote Standort auch via plug und play provisioniert werden oder müssen es Telefone sein, welche das unterstützten?
Ich habe mich gerade etwas zu SBC eingelesen und verstehe das wie eine Art "Bridge" zwischen den Nutzen im Hinblick auf 3Cx...

In dem Video

wird was zur provisionierung ausgeführt, laut dem Video zieht sich das remote IP Phone die Config/Provisionierng via httpS direkt von der PBX, ich verstehe das so, dass dann das "Remote Phone" https beherrschen muss um provisioniert werden zu können, d.h. ältere Modell wie ggf. das GXP-2124 herausfallen?

Hier findest du die Funktionseinschränkungen für das Telefon.
Stun und SBC wird von dieses Telefon nicht unterstützt.

Ich werde für die das Remote Office einfach auf neuere Grandstreams updaten und das Ganze via SBC anbinden.
