Config für Patton SN4552/2BIS/EUI für Fax

Hallo,
habe gesehen das hier einer genau das Problem wie ich hat das er keine Faxe empfangen kann
( https://www.3cx.de/topic/fax-empfang-geht-nicht/ )
Der anruf kommt rein und wird dann wieder aufgelegt.
Ich denke das es daran liegt das das Gatway den anruf nicht als Fax erkennt,meine frage nun wie oder besser wo kann ich das bei diesem Model einstellen?
Für Lösungen und Tips bin ich dankbar.

PS:

aber nicht einfach kopieren und importieren
da ja in dem File meine IP Einstellungen und Adressen sowie passwörter verwendet werden.

Hallo,

es ist nicht notwendig, an der Patton-Konfiguration etwas zu ändern. Darüberhinaus besteht die Notwendigkeit, bei manuellen Änderungen diese nach einem 3CX-Update wieder einpflegen zu müssen- sehr lästig.

Vielmehr genügt folgende Einstellung bzw. Maßnahme bzw. Voraussetzung:

- 3CX Enterprise-Version (Free-Version kann kein Fax)

Für den Faxempfang muss eine DID angelegt werden:
- Lines / Manage / Add DID
- DID-Name: Fax / DDI number/mask: [hier Fax-MSN eintragen]
- Route FAX-Calls: Which calls are faxes: All
- Send fax to email of extension: 888 Default FAX Destination

Damit sollte der Faxempfang funktionieren.

danke für die Info,beim genauen lesen meiner Anfrage kann man aber so denke ich, raus lesen das elementare Dinge natürlich gemacht worden sind.

hier aber meine neusten erkenntnisse zu thema fax mit 3cx und den paddels:

mit dieser einstellung scheint das faxproblem gelöst zu sein... ich setze begeistert den activefax server ein, eher historisch, da es damals (1999) noch keine 3cx gab, bei active fax server fehlt nur ein eingebauter SIP connector, dann wäre er unschlagbar. (ww actfax com)
