I have connected 3cx to DECT Yealink W56H and Yealink W53H via Yealink W80B. I would like to make a call from the Yealink phones using the Windows, MAC client and web interface. At the moment my only option is to use ECT to access the phones. However, every phone assigned to the user will ring and "make call" will appear on the screen. If you answer a phone now, the actual call starts.
Would it be possible to skip the "make call" step and start the call directly on the user's phone?
