Hello 3cx-Community,

I have a hosted 3cx PBX which is updated from v18 to v20.

After the update our IVR allow the feature direct call. That mean if a caller types a valid extension number, the call will redirect to this extension. I want to stop this behavior.
In the IVR-Settings I didn’t found an option to deactivate the direct-call.

I tried to change the following parameter in admin→extended→parameter:

IVR_DIRECT_DIALING_GRAMMAR
→ I delete the reg Ex → no effect

IVRDONOTCALL
→ default (no value) → no effect
→ 123 (a valid extension) → no effect
→ 000-999 (block all extension) → no effect
Is the rage correct formatted?

Does the changes only after a restart the PBX? After changing the values, I didn’t restart the PBX, because it is our live system, which only can be restarted at midnight.

What happened, if I delete the parameter by clicking the trash bin? Does the IVR-module need the existence of these entries and break if the parameter doesn’t exists?

Have a nice day

Hello,

I have the same scenario. Does anyone have a solution?

I've tried parameter IVR_DIRECT_DIALING_GRAMMAR and IVRDONOTCALL as discribed in the first post because it is not working. Reboot of 3CX did not change anything.

My customer doesn't want to get a call via direct dialing in ivr.
