Failed to send APNS PUSH to device / SSL connection

Hallo,

wir haben seit Freitag, 26.11. Probleme mit dem APNS PUSH service für die iOS-Devices. Es erscheint die Fehlermeldung:
"Failed to send APNS PUSH to device iPhone13,3iPhone von xxx(Ext.43). Internal exception occured: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception"

Laut Wireshark heisst es "Certificate Expired":

Das Zertifikat scheint abgelaufen zu sein. Welche Version der 3CX nutzt ihr? FQDN von 3cx oder ein eigener? Wo installiert?

FQDN von 3CX (mit Split DNS)
Wo installiert: On-Prem (Debian / VMware)

Welches Zertifikat ist denn abgelaufen?
