Hallo,
Wir wollen Faxe auf der 11 mit einem HW-Fax senden und empfangen. Senden funktioniert soweit einwandfrei. Empfangen jedoch nicht.

Wenn ein Fax eingeht, nimmt das HW-Fax an, jedoch ertönt kurze Zeit danach ein Besetztzeichen und die Verbindung wird wieder abgebaut. An dem HW-Fax kann es nicht liegen, da das Problem auch mit einem angeschlossenen Laptop und Faxprogramm auftritt.

Hier ist eine Nebenstelle für das Fax für die 11 eingerichtet. Standardeinstellungen(ausser Name und Nr) beim Anlegen wurden beibehalten. Außerdem wurde ein DID für die Faxnr. eingerichtet genauso wie bei einem Telefon, damit alle eingehenden Anrufe an den ATA weitergeleitet werden.
HT386:
Hier wurde die Anmeldung an der 3CX konfiguriert.
