How to plan a 3CX Online Meeting as Secretary without being later participant of it

My Secretary needs to setup a 3CX video meeting for me and others. We normally use download of .ics file in order to plan the meeting with Outlook.

We are facing the following problem:

- Secretary sets up the meeting - BUT will not be part of the meeting
- all others receive the meeting link for participants, BUT non the link of the organizer

Question:
How to setup a 3CX meeting as secretary without being later part of the meeting and how to give somebody else the 3CX-role of an organizer?
