I got a 3CX PBX in V 16.0.3.676, with a prosessional license. We want record the calls and the user can recover their recorded calls, but we can´t. If We try do it with 3CX app ang going to records we see nothing and if We use the Web client we don't see the record acces. How can we recover the records if we don't do it from adminitrative portal?
