Keine Email bei Erstellung einer Konferenz

Hallo,

wenn ich eine Webkonferenz erstelle im Webtool und die Teilnehmer per CSV hinzufüge (42), dann erhalten diese keine Emailbenachrichtigung. Was mache ich da falsch?

Sonstige Emails versendet die 3CX ohne Probleme.

Wir haben eine Pro Jahreslizenz und die aktuellste Version installiert.
Mailserver ist ein Exchange2013 welcher per SMTP angesprochen wird von der 3CX.

setzte Protokollierung der Anlage auf Ausführlich.Navigieren hierfür auf der Anlage unter Dashboard->Aktivitätsprotokoll->Einstellungen setze Log Level auf "Verbose" für eine V15 musst du Dienste neu starten für V16 nicht benötigt.

Reproduziere das Verhalten.
Anschließend kannst du unter Dashbaord->Aktivitätsprotokoll->Protokolle->Instance evtl das Problem erkennen.Suche nach "Ecxeption" oder "Error" in der Datei.

Das ganze ist sehr merkwürdig. Im Log steht ein SSL Handshake Error der aber zeitlich NICHT zum erstellen der Konferenz passt:

Ich habe SSL/TLS deaktiviert in den Email Einstellungen, da der Mailserver lokal dies aktzeptiert. Jetzt funktioniert es. Aber das warum ist mir nicht ganz klar.

Das Zertifikat ist kein selbstsigniertes und funktioniert sonst überall ohne Probleme.

Das System sendet mir sonst jede Menge Emails (geblockte IPS, Backup Job ect). Warum gerade bei den Konferenzen nicht?
Auch ist mir aufgefallen, wenn ich eine Konferenz mit wenigen Usern erstelle werden auch die Mails verschickt. Aber eine gewissen Anzahl an Teilnehmern (>4) werden keine Mails verschickt, auch wenn diese einzeln hinzugefügt werden.
