Mobilfunkanrufe ins D2 Netz über 1und1 nur einseitig möglich

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

wir haben ein sonderbares Problem. Als Voip-Provider haben wir 10 Telefonnummern seitens des Anbieters 1 und 1. Bis auf Anrufe ins d2-Netz funktionieren sämtliche Telefonate ohne Probleme (auch Mobilfunk). Bei einem Anruf ins D2 Netz ist in 80 % der Fälle der Gesprächspartner zu hören, jedoch hört der Angerufene uns nicht. In 20 % der Fälle klappt es ohne Probleme. Im Übrigen ist es davon unabhängig, ob die Vorwahl mit 0173 bzw. 0173 anfängt, ausschlaggebend ist das Netz des angerufenen (manche haben auch eine 0176 Nummer zu D2 portiert).

Dazu sei noch folgende Anmerkung getätigt: Zum Testen haben bereits den Voip Anbieter 1und1 direkt in der Fritz-Box registriert. Hier treten die Probleme nicht auf und die Verbindung funktioniert. Ein Blick in das Server-Ereignisprotokoll zeigt, dass der RDP - Port scheinbar bei D2 Verbindungen nicht identisch ist.
