Outgoing calls from the 3rd SIP trunk are using the 1st SIP trunk.

Hey Guys,

I have a client where we set up multiple SIP trunks—four SIP trunks to be exact. I have found out that all outgoing calls from the other SIP trunks are not showing the number of the chosen SIP trunk, but only the first one. It allows incoming calls to any SIP trunk, but outgoing calls only use the first one. The outgoing call works, but it only displays the number of the first SIP trunk. What did I configure wrong?

Well, that's a very logical answer. I honestly don't know what I did wrong. I've never had multiple trunks before, so I just configured it the way it seemed right. This is a screenshot of all the outgoing rules I have for all 4 SIP trunks. I would appreciate a tip on what I may have done wrong.

The Rules going from top to bottom, like a waterfall. So its always the first rule that maches your call. (The trunk with 67 at the end). If you want the call going out a different trunk you need to restrict the rules to groups or extensions. If you want to choose which trunk you want to use, you need to use prefixes like #9 or something else in front of the rule.

Ich schreibe manchmal in Englisch, weil ich das Gefühl habe, dass die englischsprachige Community besser unterstützt. Bei 3CX habe ich jedoch das Gefühl, dass es anders ist.

Allerdings habe ich das nochmal überprüft und die Regeln anhand der Abteilungen eingeschränkt, und dann hat es funktioniert. Dieser Punkt war mir nicht bekannt. Danke für den Hinweis. Jetzt funktioniert es wie es soll.
