Print out chat or make pdf

Dear Developers,

we got it running. I'd find it a good addition if the chat could be put in an pdf because we archive this in a sperat crm system.
We use the 3cx desktop App

Das wäre ein Punkt für das Ideas Forum im Englischen Forum von 3CX. Da kann man allerdings nur als mindestens Gold Partner posten.

Open the chat and click on the three vertical dots on the top right corner. Step 2 - On clicking it, you can see a small menu pop up. At the bottom of this menu, there is an option called ‘Export chat’. Step 3 - If you want the chat to be printed with media, such as images, videos, gifs, you have to click on the include media option. https://www.9wsyr.me/

Where did you find that? Not in the Desktop App....
