Problem with my 2 Phones

Hello community,

I'm new at the 3cx "universe" and have some problems and i can't figure out what to do that can fix it.
I got 2 Phones, Phone 1: snom300, Phone 2: snom810, both have the firmware 8.7.5.35 and if i want to update them to 8.7.5.48 they still have the 8.7.5.35.
Here is my problem, i can call with both of them my handy but my handy show both the number of the Phone 1 and not he number of Phone2. The second Problem is that when i call back with my handy on both numbers (ending with 604 and 605) only my Phone 1 get the call and not the Phone 2.

Ein Snom 810 wird von der 3CX nicht unterstützt und deshalb findest du auch kein vordefiniertes Template.

Die korrekte Firmware für das m300 und die Handsets findest du im folgendem link https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/snom-m300-m700-dect/
Hier findest du auch die Anleitung um diese Telefone korrekt zu Provisionieren.

Wurde es so provisioniert?

Danke Ilias für deine Antwort.

Ich habe diese Telefonserie https://www.3cx.de/sip-phones/snom-300-320-360-370/ um konkreter zu sein das snom 300 und ich muss mich verbessern das andere ist ein Snom 821.
und ja es ist richtig provisioniert bzw. genau wie es da angezeigt wird.
Kann es sein das ich dieses Problem habe weil, wie du geschrieben hast, dass das Snom 821 nicht unterstützt wird.

Ok, verstehe.

Beide Telefone die du benutzt werden von der 3cx unterstützt.

Bitte Aktualisiere die Firmware über den folgendem link https://www.3cx.com/support/phone-firmwares/ und probiere es erneut.

Bleibt das verhalten gleich?

Das Update der beiden Telefonen hat geklappt nur leider hatte es mein Problem nicht komplett behoben aber dann hab ich mich mit einem Kollegen hingesetzt und es lag dann an irgendwelchen Rufnummerformaten.
jetzt funktioniert alles.
