Hi,
I have just two problems after installing a system.
First, one extension didn't register after the PBX software restarts, it needs a power cycle. There were 4 identically phones (Grandstrem 2110) but only one shows this behavior.
Second, the PBX software restarts at 6:11 in the morning, for what reason ever.I watch this now for 3 days, so it isn't some sporadic effect.
In combination, its worse, because one of our two phones at the reception fails each morning, which is also the rush hour ...
So, did anybody know, why the system restarts. To be precice, the server Win 2008 R2 didn't restart, its only the PBX, as the server log and the PBX log told me. I can't find any parameter controlling such a behaviour.
Is there some way to find out why one of the phones lost registration and never is able to register again without a power cycle?
Thanks in advance.
With best regards
Gerhard
