Service Pack 1 - kann es nicht runterladen [Solved]

Ich habe eine 3CXPSMINI Lizenz und sehe, dass das SP1 verfügbar ist. Ich kann es markieren doch ist der "Auswahl herunterladen" Knopf nicht aktiv. Alle anderenUpdates funktionieren einwandfrei. Hat jemand eine Ahnung wieso. Status des SP1: veraltet

Ich nehme an, Du hast es nur Remore versucht.
Nimm die 3CX Windows Management Console auf dem Server.

Ich habe mich via Remotedesktop als Konsole auf dem Server angemeldet. So installiere ich alles (auch 3CX) auf dem Server und trotzdem kann ich das SP nicht runterladen. E kann ja wohl nicht sein, dass ich vor Ort gehen muss und einen Bildschirm, Tastatur und Maus an den Server anschliessen muss jedesmal wenn es ein SP gibt?

Nein, Du kannst die Konsole ja auch remote starten, aber eben nicht die Browser-Variante. Das geht nicht (ging zumindest bei mir auch nicht).

Also:
- Du gehst Remote auf Dein System
- Start-> Alle Programme -> 3CX Phone System -> Windows Management Console

Da sollte es gehen.

Ich brauche nicht die Browser Variante. Screenshot liegt bei.

aber du hast die browser variante auf... siehe ich schon an der Link Zeile...
Gehe mal hier und nehme das tool: Start-> Alle Programme -> 3CX Phone System -> Windows Management Console

Updating your 3CX Phone System 9 installation
To update Update 3CX IP PBX version 9.13545 to SP1.

Log in to the 3CX WINFORMS Management console. Note update procedure is only available in the winforms version of the management console.
You will notice that the node 3CX Phone System Updates is highlighted in Red. This means that there is an update available.
Expand the node 3CX Phone System Updates and click on 3CX Service Packs/Updates
You can see the update and click on the Change log link where you will see all the comments and fixes in this update. Select the checkbox and click on Download Selected.
The download of the package will start automatically, The management console will close, and all the components will be updated. Status and progress will be updated on screen. The last message will be Starting Services. After this the windows management console will come up and you can log in with your credentials.

Sorry ... es gibt auch eine Browser Variante für den Remote Desktop des Servers selber ... hehe, betreffend 3CX habe ich gar nicht gewusst dass es noch was anderes gibt. Aber du hast recht ... jezt klappts! Thxs
