Sprachaufzeichnung nicht möglich

Hallo,

ich habe ein neu installatiertes 3CX System der Version 10 auf einem Windows Server 2003.
Alle möglichen MS Patche, .NET Updates sind installiert.
Soweit läuft auch alles, bis auf das Speichern von aufgesprochenen Voicenachrichten.
Ein Anrufer hört den persönlichen Begrüßungstext, dann den Beep.
Nach dem aufprechen drücke ich # und 0, danach erklingt die Stimme:

Nur in der Windows Erreignisanzeige sehe ich zum selben Zeitpunkt folgenden Fehler:

Versuche mal ein Verzeichnis zu erstellen und auf der 3CX den Pfad für die Aufzeichnungen entsprechend hierauf zu ändern. Sollte das nicht gehen, versuche noch mal das .Net Framework 4 zu reparieren.

Was für eine CPU läuft in dem 2003 Server? P3 Generation?

Das mit dem Verzeichnis funktioniert auch nicht.

Habe 3CX deinstalliert und neu installiert. Nun geht es!

Das ist ein Problem der NET4 , folgendes vorgehen:

0. Backup der 3cx
1. Deinstallation der 3cx V10
2. Installation aller SP des Net4 (von MS updates) - es reicht nach allen updates im IE zu suchen
3. Neustart
4. Installation der 3cx und zurückspielen des backups

das passiert auch beim update vom V9 auf V10, nach der fehlermeldung hilft folgendes:

1. abbrechen der installation der 3cx
2. installation aller NET4 updates
3. neustart
4. neustart der 3cx installation
