SSL Certificate renewal has been failed

Hallo zusammen,

wir haben 3cx über 3cx gehostet ...

Ich bekomme diese Meldung schon seit über 2 Wochen

SSL Certificate renewal has been failed. Error: IpUpdater.FqdnGenerationException: Error creating FQDN: License key is hosted but change IP request is received from non-hosted VM at PostInstall.CertificateGenerator.ProcessCertificatesDirectory(String directory, Boolean temporaryCertificateGenerated, Int32 regenerateNotSelfSignedCertificatesFrom, Int32 regenerateNotSelfSignedCertificatesTo, IPhoneSystem ps, Int32 regenerateCertificateExiredInDays, String appBin, UInt16 sipPort, UInt16 tunnelPort, Nullable`1 httpPort, Nullable`1 httpsPort, Boolean isPassiveFailoverMode, Boolean enableDnsHelper) at PostInstall.CertificateGenerator.RenewCertificates(String appBin, String nginxConfigFolder, String configurationPath) A communication error occurred between the DNS Servers and LetsEncrypt. This rarely happens and is usually resolved on the second attempt. 3CX will try again.

Habt ihr die Lizenz noch irgendwo anders installiert?

Die Lizenz ist nur auf dem 3CX host gebunden und installiert

Dann bitte einmal an den Support wenden. Die Logs sehen so aus als wäre der FQDN noch wo anders registriert.
