A few months back I wrote a small program which looks up the contact in a ERP/CRM System when an incoming call is arriving. It was also possible to make outgoing calls right out of the ERP/CRM System.
This program communicated over the TAPI Interface, which was working very well. As we now made an update from 3CX the program doesn't work anymore. I debugged my program which gave me always the same error. (TAPI_E_INVALADDRESSSTATE - 0x8004000D - (13)) I then installed different TAPI Interfaces (Drivers) available from 3CX via 3CX Plugin Manager, but nothing worked.
The error occurs always at the same position. I can create a new Call with ITBasicCallControl bcc = "tapiDriver".CreateCall(...); but when I then try to connect to it with bcc.Connect(false); the program crashes into an exception. (The one from above)
I then tested my program with different other Tapi Interfaces which worked well.
After all I used the program "TAPI Phone Dialer" to test the 3CX TAPI Interface and it gave me the same Error. (Invalid Line State)
3CX Version: 14.0.47020.0
Windows 7 x64
Is there a known Bug in the new Version of 3CX or in the TAPI Driver for 3CX? If so, will there be an fix for that or is there even a workaround?
Thanks in advance for your information!
