I have successfully connected Whatsapp and 3cx, just like in the 3cx documentation. But whatsapp messages only go to the system owner's account and not to the queue I created. I deleted and recreated the whatsap connection several times. I created a new token several times but to no avail. I wonder if this is a problem on the facebook side or a bug in 3cx? previously the system user creation part in facebook was not working for 1 week, yesterday it suddenly started working.
The plan I have is smb 20 user
